We specialise in organic social media marketing.
This is a big topic of discussion and one that’s difficult to fully unpack here. It can feel overwhelming when you’ve heard many different opinions without a clear understanding of how marketing and social media work.
At K&Co our focus is on:
Positioning your business as credible and trustworthy
Building visibility with the right audience
Creating content that supports long-term growth, not short-term spikes
We can also support paid social advertising when it makes sense. It’s important to understand how the two work together.
In most cases, people will see an ad, then check your Instagram, Facebook, or website before deciding whether to trust you. If those touchpoints are outdated or inconsistent, paid ads often deliver limited return and are not the most effective use of your budget.
Paid ads stop the moment you switch them off, while organic content continues working for you long after it’s posted (building trust, credibility, and visibility over time).
That’s why we prioritise strong organic foundations first. Once your content, profiles, and website are aligned, paid ads can be layered in strategically rather than working in isolation.

Organic marketing is not instant, and we’re upfront about that. If you’re looking for genuine results that build momentum and compound over time, organic social media is the right approach.
What you can expect depends largely on where you’re starting.
For established accounts
If you already have an active presence — for example:An Instagram account with 200+ followers, or
A LinkedIn profile with 1,000+ connections
Most clients begin to see increased visibility and engagement within 3–5 months, depending on the package and platforms selected. From there, momentum continues to build, with stronger inbound enquiries and opportunities typically developing within the first year.
For newer or unestablished accounts
If you’re starting from scratch, results naturally take longer. In these cases, we recommend allowing at least 12 months to build credibility, visibility, and consistency. Pairing social media with regular email marketing and website content (such as blogs or articles) helps accelerate this process. Our goal is sustainable growth, not quick wins that fade. We take a long-term view because platforms, trends, and technology will continue to change. The aim is to help you build a strong, resilient business that becomes easier to market over time — not harder.

Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Tik Tok, Linkedin and more. Just ask.

We don’t guess — and we don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach.
Before we create any content, we take the time to research your business, review your existing content, and understand what’s already working. This is followed by an in-depth strategy call at the start of our engagement, where we explore your goals, audience, services, and positioning in detail.
In the early months of working together, open communication is key. We encourage you to share anything you feel is relevant — questions you’re asked by clients, upcoming offers, changes in your business, or ideas you’d like to explore. This helps us refine your content quickly and ensure it truly reflects your voice and priorities.
Over time, this process becomes more intuitive and efficient, allowing us to create content that feels aligned, strategic, and natural — without you needing to micromanage it.

Very little. Typically:
One filming session per month, depending on your package, lasting around 1–2 hours
Reviewing content and providing feedback, which usually takes 15–20 minutes and is returned within 2–3 business days
Optional review meetings, depending on your package, often added onto a filming session and typically 30 minutes, quarterly
We handle the rest. You can feel confident knowing your social media is being consistently posted, building visibility, momentum, and inbound opportunities for your business.
-
Yes. Engagement is a core part of our service. We don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach — it’s planned and mapped out based on your business and goals.
-
Not at all. Most of our clients start exactly there. We guide you through:
What to say (no memorising scripts)
How to show up naturally
How to sound like yourself, not “salesy” or rehearsed
Our role is to help you feel comfortable and capture content that feels genuine and aligned with your business. During filming, I use a range of techniques to ease you into it, so you can show up naturally and confidently.

In most cases, we film once per month, depending on your package. Filming sessions usually run for 1–1.5 hours.
That single session provides enough content to create your full month of posts across your platforms. It’s efficient, focused, and far less disruptive than frequent or weekly filming.
You’ll receive a filming brief 2–3 days before each shoot, so you’re never walking in unprepared.
We also offer quarterly filming in certain situations. This can work well for larger teams, businesses with remote staff, or clients with particularly busy schedules. Quarterly filming requires additional planning, and notice periods may differ from standard monthly arrangements.
If content has been filmed in advance and circumstances change, we’ll always have a clear conversation and agree on a fair exit or adjustment based on what content has already been created and used.
-
The process is structured, simple, and designed to respect your time.
15-minute intro call to confirm we’re the right fit
1-hour strategy session to map your content, messaging, and goals
You receive a custom strategy and filming brief
You approve the plan, lock in filming, and we get started
From there, everything runs on a monthly cycle, so you always know what’s coming next.
-
We work on a monthly retainer with a 30-day notice period. This allows enough time to build momentum while keeping things flexible if circumstances change.

Kendall & Co. is a small, experienced team of five, including myself.
Our team includes two creatives and two social media administrators, all based in Australia, with varying levels of experience. This structure allows us to deliver high-quality work consistently, while maintaining a hands-on, personalised approach for every client.
-
No, we don’t film on an iPhone.
We use a professional camera that produces higher-quality footage than current iPhones when content is uploaded and published. We also place a strong emphasis on audio quality, using high-quality microphones and sound equipment — because clear audio is just as important as visuals on social media.
That said, we’re not a full-scale videography or photography studio. Our setup sits deliberately in between. It’s designed specifically for social media: high-quality, efficient, and practical, without the complexity or cost of a full production crew.

I hold a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and have over 10 years’ experience in digital marketing, including work with large corporates across the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
I spent four years as Head of Marketing for the Australia–New Zealand division of a multinational technology company, where ongoing professional development was highly valued. During this time, I completed more than $20,000 USD worth of advanced training, including:
Email marketing and SEO strategy
An intensive three-month social media marketing program
Additional specialised short courses across digital strategy
This exposure gave me direct insight into how more mature international markets support small businesses through practical, strategic marketing — and highlighted a clear gap in the Australian market. Locally, marketing was often dominated by large agencies that were either inaccessible or unnecessary for many small business owners.
I began supporting friends and family alongside my corporate role, and when the ANZ division was dissolved during COVID and I was made redundant, I launched Kendall & Co. Marketing full-time.
The rest, as they say, is history.
